I booked a standard king-size suite with breakfast included which was excellent! There was great variety of food in the beautiful dining area and the servers were so courteous, polite, and professional (especially Kalongo? (hope I spelled his name right)). Room service was quick and attentive. The room itself was huge and the king-size beds were very large and extremely comfortable. Blackout blinds ensured that I had deep and restful sleep to help me get over jet lag quickly. The marble bathroom was luxurious and the shower water pressure was excellent! Appreciated also having a soaker tub in addition to a stand-up shower. Ample towels were provided and the bathrobe was nice touch. Location was quiet and serene, and perfect for me as I was attending a family wedding in a location only 2 minutes away from the hotel. The grounds were spectacular and a beautiful backdrop going for walks at anytime of the day. We attended the spa and were very well treated to a massage and nail care. My mom stayed in the nearby presidential suite which was top notch and great value for money. We were both blown away by how spacious the hotel rooms were the quality of service. We will definitely be returning to this hotel time and time again when future travel brings us to Johannesburg.

The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my time at the hotel. One of the highlights of this hotel was its serene and tranquil ambiance. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The surroundings were peaceful, allowing for moments of reflection and contemplation. The hotel was also blessed with breathtaking natural scenery, providing a feast for the eyes and a sense of tranquility. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

The check-in was seamless- the butler attended to us from the parking and took our luggage bags directly to our room and we checked in from there. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided as well as laundry. There was also different types of pillows to choose from!! Not to forget the views from our room was divine! A truly unforgettable experience. we’ll be returning the next time we visit Pretoria again.
